Compass has announced the recent acquisition of the revered Sands Motel by, Enduring Hospitality, a distinguished hospitality group. While the buying group prefers to keep details under wraps until a formal announcement at a later date, this acquisition marks a significant addition to their portfolio, according to the brokerage. The transaction was facilitated by the Hamptons Commercial Real Estate Team of Hal Zwick and Jeff Sztorc, serving as both the listing and selling agents.
Jeff Sztorc, a licensed real estate salesperson with Compass, emphasized the significance of the transaction, saying, “We’re thrilled to have facilitated this substantial deal for a beloved Montauk institution.
