Jeff, a lifelong resident of East Hampton, brought his financial background and Manhattan commercial real estate experience to the Hamptons in 2014. For years Jeff was a successful residential agent on the East End focusing on construction and development projects. In a short period of time he was able to complete some record breaking transactions as both an agent and an investor.

With a constantly expanding network, Jeff shifted his focus to the commercial market in 2019. After beginning work in this field closely with Hal Zwick as his mentor, the Hamptons Commercial Real Estate team has continued to increase its reach with record breaking transactions in the last two years. A key advantage of his approach is identifying creative uses for commercial properties and bringing diverse entities into a project to help finance, build and realize its full potential. Jeff has a special focus on industrial properties, self-storage sites, mixed use/ multi-family, marinas, and resorts. At this stage, Jeff manages all different asset classes in the commercial marketplace from Westhampton to Montauk along with the North Fork.

Working tirelessly for buyers and sellers, Jeff understands the urgency, privacy and importance of representing an essential portion of a client’s investment portfolio. Jeff modifies the approach for each listing while working with interior designers, high tech photographers, and architects to offer a tailored program. The Compass technology has broadened his marketing approach to reach clients around the world and offer the most cutting-edge services to stay in touch with the team’s active clients.

A graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut, Jeff studied economics and Hispanic studies. An avid surfer, who has practiced and instructed the sport for years, Jeff is very active in the community and an advocate for conserving the nature of the East End. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, hunting and traveling the world to pursue these passions. Jeff is also a member of the volunteer ocean rescue and looks forward to getting further involved in the local community.
