Hamptons Jiu-Jitsu is growing. After eight years of success in Southampton, founder and professor Greg Melita is opening a second location in Westhampton Beach. The new academy will be located at 68 Old Riverhead Road and is currently undergoing renovations, with plans to open in July.
This expansion aims to make Hamptons Jiu-Jitsu more accessible to students living west of the Shinnecock Canal—particularly those in Westhampton, Manorville, the North Fork, and surrounding towns. The new space will offer all the same programs currently available at the Southampton location, from kids’ classes to adult training and private sessions.
Founding memberships are being offered at a limited-time discounted rate for early sign-ups.
Local leadership has welcomed the business as part of a broader effort to revitalize and thoughtfully grow the area surrounding the Old Riverhead Road mall. Hamptons Jiu-Jitsu is expected to bring added energy and a positive presence to the space, contributing to the health, discipline, and vitality of the Westhampton Beach community.
