Southampton Village has welcomed an exciting new addition to its dining scene with the opening of Namiro Sushi, a sleek and modern restaurant offering a fresh take on Japanese-inspired cuisine. Located at 76C Jobs Lane, Namiro officially opened to the public on May 21, 2025, and will remain open year-round, serving dinner seven nights a week.
Created by music industry executives Alexis Spangler, Gary Spangler, and Jon Lewis in partnership with Kenneth Lockard of KRL Construction, Namiro was designed to combine thoughtful interiors with a menu that blends bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and approachable sophistication.
The menu centers around Osaka-style pressed sushi, known as oshizushi, with the signature Namiro roll featuring spicy tuna, fresh tuna, avocado, and tempura flakes. In addition to sushi, sashimi, and nigiri, guests can explore a variety of hot dishes and creative starters. Highlights include yuzu salt edamame, tuna tartare with watermelon and ginger, rock shrimp in aioli, and lamb chops with mustard miso. Larger plates range from miso cod and prime skirt steak to vegetarian mushroom hot pot and lobster udon ramen. Japanese-inspired salads, yakitori skewers, and inventive maki rolls round out the menu.
The beverage program is equally curated, featuring cocktails with pan-Asian influences such as yuzu, lemongrass, and Thai basil. Guests can also enjoy selections from a sake list and local wines.
Namiro made its debut in style with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and cocktail celebration on May 17, drawing community leaders and VIP guests ahead of the official opening. With its combination of contemporary design, elevated Asian cuisine, and vibrant atmosphere, Namiro is quickly positioning itself as both a neighborhood favorite and a destination-worthy dining experience in the Hamptons.
