A new dining destination is coming to East Hampton Village as the team behind Springs Tavern & Grill prepares to open Lion’s Nook Bar & Grill. Located at 10 Main Street in Parrish Mews, the restaurant will take over the well-known space that previously housed Village Bistro, as well as longtime local favorites before it.
Lion’s Nook is the latest concept from Parioli Hospitality, led by Alex Rossi and Gary Fuhrman. The duo is bringing a fresh vision to the village while drawing inspiration from the history of the location. The space will be redesigned to reflect a warm, classic English pub aesthetic, creating an inviting setting that blends tradition with a modern touch.
The menu will focus on American cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fish, meats, and seasonal produce. Alongside more refined dishes, guests can expect approachable tavern favorites like burgers, making it a spot designed to appeal to a wide range of diners.
Familiar faces from Springs Tavern will also be part of the new venture, with Raul Rodas stepping in as General Manager and Fabian Rodas leading the kitchen as Executive Chef. The team aims to carry over the same welcoming hospitality and consistency that helped establish their first restaurant as a local favorite.
Set to open in early summer, Lion’s Nook will initially serve dinner seven days a week, with plans to expand into lunch and brunch service in the future. With its central village location, thoughtful concept, and focus on comfort-driven dining, it is poised to become a new go-to gathering spot in East Hampton.
