The transition has brought a major menu expansion that balances traditional Mexican street food with Tex-Mex favorites. New additions include Baja fish tacos, al pastor, and dedicated vegetarian options, alongside white queso dip and Nutella empanadas. Fans of the restaurant’s original lineup will still find staples like carne asada and enchiladas on the menu, now complemented by newly introduced daily lunch specials designed for a fast-paced yet upscale midday option.
Beyond the food, Munar and Alvarez are leveraging the restaurant’s large footprint to establish it as a year-round community gathering space. A key highlight of their new programming includes Saturday night tequila tastings paired with live music, deliberately showcasing premium, additive-free, and organic tequilas. The owners are also introducing weekday entertainment to keep the space vibrant during the quieter months, with line dancing and community bingo nights joining the regular schedule.
Following minor interior renovations to enhance the dining atmosphere, the restaurant officially celebrated its new direction with a community ribbon-cutting. The couple is also launching a comprehensive on-site catering and events division.
