When physical constraints forced her to pause operations, Marcus returned from Los Angeles to pivot the home-cooked success into a brick-and-mortar reality. Merging his business background with restaurant design advice from an uncle who operates multiple successful southern eateries, Marcus built the Riverhead space from the ground up.

While Marcus manages the business logistics, Tania remains the culinary heart of the operation, ensuring every recipe stays true to her original family flavors. For the Edwards family, the new location represents more than just a new commercial venture; it fulfills a late grandmother’s prophecy that Tania’s name would one day be up in lights.
