Operating under the name Westhampton Beach Brew & Grille, the expanded venture provides fans with a dedicated western gateway to the brand’s signature hospitality.

The new location features a comprehensive tap selection and a freshly designed menu tailored specifically to the site’s kitchen facilities. While the hospitality group is introducing fresh culinary options, the core beer portfolio continues to highlight the crowd-favorite recipes that built their regional reputation, including the crisp Jetty Four Lager and the classic Hurricane IPA. Tucked into the back section of the local shopping plaza, the facility serves as a key mid-island gathering destination for both casual diners and regular craft beer enthusiasts.

Addressing inquiries from their core consumer base, the ownership team confirmed that the original flagship production facility and tasting room located at Francis S. Gabreski Airport will continue to run without any operational shifts or scheduling modifications. The Manorville site represents an entirely additive venture meant to complement, rather than replace, the foundational brewery on Roger’s Way. First launched in 2018 by close friends John Salvaggio and Brian Sckipp, the business has successfully scaled up its presence from a specialized local tasting room into a multi-unit regional enterprise.
