Taking over the former Porto Bello location, the venture represents an ambitious transformation led by the Donagher family, who bring decades of Irish hospitality experience together with a relaxed North Fork aesthetic.

The property has undergone an extensive overhaul, highlighted by an all-new rooftop deck equipped with shade sails to offer panoramic water views throughout the summer heat. On the main level, guests will find expanded bar seating, updated interior lighting, and fresh flooring designed for a relaxed, indoor-outdoor flow. To cater directly to boating enthusiasts, the team is coordinating dedicated transient dock slips, enabling visitors to cruise directly up to the venue for lunch or evening drinks.

Under the guidance of executive chef Vincent Pomara, the kitchen crafts a seafood-centric, European-inspired menu anchored by local North Fork harvests and fresh catches. Complementing the plate is a full-service bar featuring regional wines, signature cocktails, and traditional draft pours like Guinness. Aiming to serve as a reliable staple for both full-time residents and seasonal travelers, the restaurant extends its operating calendar through the end of the year, taking only a brief winter hiatus.
