Housed inside a classic 19th-century farmhouse along Montauk Highway, the long-standing Sagaponack address—known for decades as an unpretentious gathering hub—is being prepared for a year-round concept centered heavily on regional agriculture and dock-to-table seafood.

While a full physical opening is planned down the line, the team intends to activate the space ahead of schedule with guest chef collaborations, seasonal dinners, and private events. The incoming leadership, known for operating high-energy NYC hospitality venues like Jean’s, aims to strike a balance between preserving local East End charm and introducing a refined culinary focus. Production from the family’s farm will supply the kitchen alongside direct partnerships with local commercial fishermen and regional producers.

Restoration plans focus heavily on keeping the venue’s foundational character intact rather than gutting the historic space. The team plans to carefully refinish the original pine floors and maintain the cozy, historic feel of the 1820 structure, ensuring the atmosphere remains grounded and welcoming to longtime local residents who frequent the South Fork during the off-season.

Property adjustments are already underway as the site transitions into its next era.
