Farm-Driven Excellence Arrives in Jamesport: 18 Bay Relocates to Historic Manor Property

Renowned culinary duo and James Beard Award-nominated chefs Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels are bringing their celebrated restaurant concept, 18 Bay, to the historic Jamesport Manor Inn estate. Originally launched in Bayville before establishing a loyal following on Shelter Island, the brand’s relocation to 370 Manor Lane marks a major addition to the North Fork’s dining landscape.

The couple’s hyper-seasonal, Italian-inspired culinary philosophy revolves around a daily changing four-course chef’s menu that highlights hyper-local ingredients. Operating on the expansive estate, the chefs are expanding on-site agricultural efforts—utilizing dedicated kitchen gardens and orchards to supply fresh produce, herbs, and flowers directly to the kitchen. Beyond land-grown harvests, the menu relies heavily on daily catches sourced straight from local East End commercial fishing docks.

Stepping away from the previous venue’s high-volume event focus, 18 Bay maintains an intimate 80-seat footprint strictly dedicated to fine dining across the main floor and upper level. The refined, hospitality-first approach offers a tranquil space where guests can experience hyper-regional, land-to-table gastronomy inside one of Jamesport’s most iconic architectural landmarks.
