The collaborative venue was born from the merging of two local ventures—Rachel Goodale’s Stroller Strong Mamas and Amelia Little’s Little Moments Little Fam—creating an all-in-one community space designed for adults and children alike.

The expansive facility features versatile indoor rooms alongside generous outdoor acreage, allowing for nature exploration, outdoor fitness sessions, and hands-on creative projects when weather permits. The daily schedule offers a diverse lineup of weekly programming running seven days a week, spanning early morning through evening hours. Offerings range from adult workout classes and postpartum support groups to movement sessions, STEM workshops, preschool prep, and weekend event hosting for young families.
