This summer marked the return of Arthur & Sons to Bridgehampton for its second Hamptons season, adding even more flavor to the East End dining scene. Owner Joe Isidori, the three-time Food Network Burger Bash Champion, not only brought back his signature Italian American red-sauce classics but also introduced a new late-night bar concept: Artie’s in the Hamptons.
The bar and lounge, inspired by Artie’s Backroom at the restaurant’s Murray Hill location, has quickly become a lively addition to Bridgehampton nights. Guests are indulging in specialty margaritas—golden, strawberry, or spicy watermelon—alongside Isidori’s award-winning burgers. Favorites include the Late Night Burger with American cheese, special sauce, and pickles, and Artie’s Burger, topped with provolone, special sauce, and cherry peppers. The menu also features bar staples like loaded fries and Joe’s famous Korean BBQ wings with buttermilk, dill, and lime. On weekends, the space keeps energy high with music spanning country to rock and roll.
Arthur & Sons continues to serve its much-loved Italian American staples, from chicken parm and spicy rigatoni alla vodka to spaghetti and meatballs. New seasonal additions, like the Pan Roasted Montauk Lobster alla Vodka over fresh spaghetti alla chitarra, have further elevated the menu.
This year also saw the debut of a Happy Hour menu, offered daily from 4 to 6 PM, featuring half-priced appetizers, $10 house wines, $12 well cocktails, and $6 draft beers—a perfect prelude to dinner or a casual evening out.
As summer winds down, Arthur & Sons remains a go-to destination for both locals and visitors, combining old-school Italian comfort with fresh coastal flair and a vibrant bar scene that has kept Bridgehampton buzzing all season.
