NYU Langone has expanded its presence on Long Island’s East End with the opening of a brand-new, 6,000-square-foot ambulatory care center in Westhampton Beach.

Located at 131 Sunset Avenue, the facility—called NYU Langone Medical Associates—Westhampton—features 14 modern exam rooms and a design inspired by Westhampton’s coastal architecture. Light-filled spaces, warm earth tones, and artwork by local artists create a welcoming environment tailored to patient comfort.

The new center is staffed by five healthcare providers specializing in primary care, cardiology, and endocrinology. These services complement existing NYU Langone locations in Bridgehampton and Riverhead, further strengthening healthcare accessibility across the East End. The Westhampton Beach location also enhances support for NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk in Patchogue, which officially joined the health system in March after a three-year affiliation.

In addition to the Westhampton expansion, NYU Langone is continuing to grow its Suffolk County presence. Construction is underway on a new ambulatory surgery center in Patchogue, slated to open in 2026. The center will house six operating rooms and four procedure rooms, designed for outpatient surgical procedures that do not require a hospital stay.

With the opening of the Westhampton Beach facility, NYU Langone reinforces its mission of bringing world-class care closer to home for patients on Long Island’s East End.
