Westhampton Beach Brew & Grill Heads to Main Street

The local dining landscape in Westhampton Beach has taken a step forward as Brian Sckipp and John Salvaggio officially bring their brewery-to-table concept to the village center. Following a busy spring of renovations at 115 Main Street, the owners of Westhampton Beach Brewing are now operating their newest venture, Westhampton Beach Brew & Grill. This expansion from their original Gabreski Airport taproom into the heart of the village provides a new year-round anchor for the local community.

The launch of this Main Street location follows the successful model established at their first Brew & Grill in Manorville. By securing a long-term lease in the former Daphne’s space, Sckipp and Salvaggio are offering a versatile dining experience that balances a family-friendly atmosphere with a sophisticated bar program. The menu is highlighted by local favorites such as fish and chips and custom-blend burgers from Justin’s Chop Shop, specifically tailored for this location.

As we head into the warmer months, the establishment is uniquely positioned to handle the seasonal shift in foot traffic. The site features a 1,400 square foot back patio and front-facing outdoor seating, equipped with heat lamps to ensure comfort during cooler spring evenings. With a combined seating capacity of over 70, the space significantly increases the available hospitality square footage on the village’s primary walkable corridor.

The culinary program goes beyond traditional brewery fare to include elevated dishes such as Peruvian-inspired half chicken and bone-in grilled pork chops. For enthusiasts of the brand, the bar features eight signature Westhampton Beach brews on tap at all times. This investment in a full-service kitchen and premium equipment reflects a commitment to maintaining a high-quality, sit-down dining experience in a competitive market.

Westhampton Beach Brew & Grill is now open and serving the community through the spring season. Whether you are looking for a casual lunch on the patio or a full dinner in the main dining room, the new storefront offers a direct extension of the quality the brewery has been known for since 2016.
