Located at 203-213 East Main Street, the $82 million transit-oriented, mixed-use venture transforms a 1.4-acre vacant parcel into a vibrant, multi-family residential hub positioned between the East End Arts property and Riverview Lofts.
The five-story development introduces 165 market-rate rental apartments—comprising 52 studio layouts, 80 one-bedroom units, and 33 two-bedroom residences.
