Montauk’s Sands Motel at 71 South Emerson Avenue has sold to a prominent hospitality group, announced the listing and selling agents, Hal Zwick and Jeff Sztorc of the Hamptons Commercial Real Estate Team at Compass.
Sands Motel is a 19,500-square-foot hotel complex with 43 keys across four buildings with “stunning ocean views and proximity to both the town center and beach,” according to Compass, and a pool and decks. The makeup is a mix of efficiency and one-bedroom units, including select accommodations with kitchen facilities.
