Southampton Town owns and is developing a 50 slip Marina and park on the contiguous waterfront property. Also in the development stages is a 5.5-acre Aquaculture Innovation Center (AIC) across from the restaurant; serving as an education center for aquaculture workforce training, tours and outreach. The planned development of the entire area will create a new destination neighborhood; bringing increased activity to all sites.
